We understand that organising a childs party can be time consuming but it is also very important. To help organise your party we want you to understand the level of service you can expect from party products direct.
Privacy
Party products direct respects the acy of its customers and will not pass customer details to any other individual or company.
Despatch
Orders will be despatched on the same day that we recieve cleared funds into our bank account .
Goods will be despatched using Royal Mail.
Once the goods have left our premises we cannot take responsibility for there safe delivery. It is the customers liability.
Only in the case of next day delivery can party products direct offer a track and trace facility.
Returns /Refunds
In the event of your order been short an item, it is the customers responsibility to contact party products direct within 2 days of receiving the order so the matter can be rectified.
Returns will only be accepted by party products direct when a returns authorisation number has been issued. This can be issued over the phone.
Some example where returns will be accepted include
1. The goods arrived in a damaged condition
2. The goods do not arrive in time for the party
3. The goods received are not the goods ordered.
Party Products Direct will refund the cost of return postage where we have been at fault.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
